Hi, I visited recently with Valley Christian HS. I met Lionel and he mentioned that you have some type of permit for bringing food across the border. I work with our church in support of Pastor Fernando in a ghetto area east of Tijuana. One of our members had his car confiscated and was fined $900. Any information you could provide about the type of permit and how to obtain one would be greatly appreciated.
