Welcome to our blog

Thanks to our friend and fellow servant in the Lord, Chuckk Gerwig, we are now starting our first blog page. We hope this will be a tool through which we can keep you updated about our personal experiences at Grace Children's Home.

We've been at GCH for 2 years and God has done incredible works in our lives and those of the children we serve. We now have 26 children in our homes and it has taken many hands to care for them. We live in one of 2 group homes located together on the edge of T.J., overlooking Rosarito. We work closely with the local church as well as U.S. partners.

We hope to use our blog to keep you updated on our prayer requests and the most current happenings at GCH. Thanks for your interest & prayers for us!

Welcome to next gen global communication. Make sure you send a mass email to EVERYONE you have Email addresses for and tell them about your blog - give them the address so they can read and spread the word! Also mention it in any newsletters you write.

Thanks for your loving care while we were there with you. I can't wait to hear about what is happening with your lives! I'll be blogging about GCH later this week at sacreddigital.com keep your eyes open
Love,
Chuckk

Yeah George and Stacey! So glad to hear things are good. That's quite a family you have in that picture! I look forward to hearing more about your life and the ministry God has given you in TJ. It doesn't seem like 2 years have passed all ready...seems like just last summer I was down there with the highschool group and you guys were living at base camp!

I hope home truly feels like home and that each child experiences the loving care and direction s/he needs. I hope that you also experience this love and care...from one another and the many people who surround you with their love, support and prayer!

Love,
Holly

Hi Stacey and George,

Well, this is my very first official entry ever on a blog site! You have brought me along with you into the 21st Century! It was so fun to hang out with you guys last week. I miss you already. I'm having a sleepless night tonight so I thought I'd catch up on e-mail and Chuckk's e-mail triggered my opportunity.

The boys are off to Redwood Camp ... their first camp experience and Fred and I have enjoyed the short time of peace and quiet thus far.

I will take this opportunity (sleeplessness) to pray for you to have a wonderful rest with no intruders on the property and no missing materials in the morning.

God bless you all there at GCH. A special blessing to you Stacey!

Love,
Rena
